We ship via best possible carrier to the continental United States. Eight-foot Handiwall panels, roll out flooring products, and other items weighing over 80 pounds must be shipped curb-side by common carrier (large truck) and will require a signature. The freight company will call you to schedule delivery.  You will be asked to assist the driver in unloading your order from the back of the truck or you may arrange for inside delivery at an extra charge when setting up delivery with the freight company.  If you notice any visible damage point it out to the driver and make a note on his paperwork.  Normal delivery time frame is 1 - 4 weeks depending on what you ordered, where you live, and general availability.  Custom flooring and  back-order items may take up to six weeks for delivery.  Please note that when ordering the 8 foot long Handiwall panels if your order less than three boxes an additional shipping charge will be added to your order after checkout.  If you live in the eastern or central US time zones the shipping charge will be $100.00.  If you live in the Mountain time zone the shipping charge will be $80.00.  If you live in the Pacific time zone the shipping charge will be $60.00. Please order 4 ft Heavy Duty panels if you need to cover a small area.  Those don't have a shipping restriction, can ship via UPS.  By placing an order containing less than three boxes of 8 foot Handiwall panels you agree to pay the additional shipping charges per the above policy.

Damaged Products

The vast majority of damage occurs during transit.  The individual freight carrier will provide compensation for damages that occur in this manner.  A-Z garage storage nor slide out shelves LLC is not responsible for freight damage and all claims must be made directly with the carrier.   A-Z Garage Storage will assist you, if needed, to obtain compensation from the freight carrier so we can replace your damaged item's.  If you are present when your shipment arrives, inspect the packaging and point out any noticeable damage to the driver and make a note of such on his paperwork.  If you are not present, call the carrier and notify them of the damage immediately. The UPS number is (800) PICK-UPS. Give them the tracking # for identification. If damage is due to a reason other than shipping, we will replace the damaged item or issue a refund upon return of the damaged item.  This replacement offer does not apply to any damage resulting from improper storage, improper installation, misuse, or abuse by the purchasing party.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. We will gladly refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping, handling, and order processing  charges (if any) are non-refundable. The packing slip and the original packing material must accompany all returns. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.  All Items must be returned freight pre-paid in original packaging in "Like New, Sellable Condition".   If the item you are returning was received as defective then we will either replace it or refund your purchase price.  Defective items are not subject to the restocking charge.  Different products originate from different locations, so please contact us before making a return so we can provide you the correct "ship to" information.  Sorry, but no returns may be made on G-Floor or Parking Pad flooring products or any other special order item.

Payment Options

We accept  Visa and MasterCard, .  We obtain a credit card authorization when you place your order, but no charges are made until majority shipment has occurred.  Items ordered by credit card  MUST ship to the same location as listed with the card carrier.

Canceled Orders

An order may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of purchase provided that the order has not shipped or otherwise processed. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled but you may return your items using our return policy shown above.  Any order that includes Installation services by A-Z Garage Storage may be canceled within 72 hours of signing of Installation contract without any penalty or charge.

Warranty 

A-Z Garage Storage products are guaranteed against defect for 90 days from the date of invoice. There are longer manufacture's warranties for certain products. Except as expressly stated herein, A-Z Garage Storage  makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied with respect to products sold, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose. Any item deemed by us as being misused or abused shall not be covered by this warranty.  You agree that the sole and maximum liability to A-Z Garage Storage  arising from any product sold by A-Z Garage Storage shall be the price of the product ordered.

Sales Tax

A-Z Garage Storage is located in Arizona and therefore will charge and withhold the applicable 8.68% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Arizona.  The customer is solely responsible for paying any sales or other applicable tax to their own state, jurisdiction, or any other taxing location outside of Arizona

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed for sale at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, A-Z Garage Storage reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We shall immediately issue a refund on any incorrect charges on orders that are canceled by us.
